What changed, and which conference changed it
Five editions are reconciled against each other, so a change is not something you reconstruct by comparing two documents. Which WRC made it is part of the data.
In the language it was adopted in
English, French and Spanish are equally authentic and none is a translation. Each language here is taken from the official edition in that language.
